I remember seeing this image years ago, and was amazed that it came from 1911.
It's in a restauraunt in London. There is another one with bibendum on a bicycle.
They also have a pdf explaining some of the history of the windows,

Curiously, it does not mention (at first glance anyway) who did the windows, but it does say what posters the art is based on.
